Sweet Desire Club is available for R199,00 per month or R1 999,00 per year. The annual plan saves R389,00 compared with paying monthly for 12 months.
When do my benefits begin?
Your Club benefits activate once your membership payment has been successfully confirmed. You must be signed in for member pricing and personalised benefits to apply.
Which products receive the Club discount?
Club members receive 10% off eligible full-price products. Some products, brands, memberships, gift cards, promotions or already-discounted products may be excluded. Your applicable price is always shown before checkout.
Do I need a coupon code?
No. Club pricing is applied automatically when you are signed in with an active membership.
How does my Desire Drop work?
Every three qualifying months of active membership, a Desire Drop unlocks. Where your Desire Profile is available, we use it to create a personalised, in-stock selection for you to choose from.
Will my Desire Drop automatically be shipped?
No. Your chosen Drop is normally added to your next qualifying Sweet Desire order, allowing you to claim it when it suits you while normal delivery rules continue to apply.
Can I choose my Desire Drop?
Yes. Where multiple suitable options are available, you choose from your personalised selection. Additional surprise-selection options may be offered where available.
Is my Desire Profile private?
Yes. Your profile is used to personalise your own Sweet Desire experience and is never displayed publicly. You can update, pause or delete it from your account.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel future renewals from your account. Existing benefits continue according to the terms of your current paid membership period.
What happens if I cancel before my next Desire Drop?
Drop eligibility depends on completing the qualifying membership period. Available or unclaimed benefits are handled according to the Club terms shown in your account.
Can I switch between monthly and annual membership?
Where plan changes are supported, the available option and applicable renewal date are shown in your account before you confirm.
Do Club discounts combine with other promotions?
Not always. Club pricing may not combine with selected sales, coupons or promotions. The applicable price is shown clearly before checkout.
