Delivery times and fees
Timing depends on your delivery address, the courier service and product availability. The most accurate estimate and available delivery methods will appear during checkout. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Occasionally, severe weather, high order volumes or courier network delays may affect an estimate. If there is a material delay with your order, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your parcel. Tracking can take a little time to update after the courier first receives it. Registered customers can also review order progress from My Account.
Receiving your parcel
- Use a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel during the courier’s operating hours.
- Check your address and contact number carefully before placing the order.
- If the courier cannot complete delivery, follow the instructions in the tracking update or contact us for help.
- Inspect the parcel when it arrives and let us know promptly if it appears damaged or tampered with.
Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered packing or has been handed to the courier.
