Items are packed with care to keep them secure and prevent movement during delivery.

The courier label contains only the information required to deliver your parcel safely.
What appears on the parcel?
The delivery label needs your name, address and the courier’s required routing information. The label and outer packaging do not list the items you ordered. Any sender information required for delivery or returns is kept neutral and does not describe the parcel contents.
Payment and email privacy
Order emails are sent to the email address you provide and use clear order-related subject lines. Payment transaction descriptions are controlled by the selected payment provider; where a descriptor is available, it will be shown during payment.
If you share an email account, device or delivery address, consider using an address and inbox that only you can access.
Sending a gift?
Enter the recipient’s delivery details at checkout and ensure they are expecting a parcel. We do not place promotional wording on the outside, but the courier may contact the recipient to complete delivery.
